Active clinical licence
A valid, active licence in your jurisdiction of practice. Licence type, issuing body, and active status are verified directly. Licensure may be re-verified at any time.
Professional credentials
Relevant clinical training and qualifications. Jurisdiction of practice and area of specialisation required at application.
Professional liability insurance
Active professional indemnity or liability insurance is mandatory. NOYO does not provide insurance coverage. Clinicians retain full responsibility for their clinical practice.
Jurisdictional compliance
Access is controlled by jurisdiction. ERAS™ and C-SSRS require additional authorisation beyond standard clinical access. Not all functions are available in all jurisdictions.

Psychotherapists and counsellors
LCSW, LMFT, LPC, and equivalent international credentials. Individual, couples, and family therapy across modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, IFS, and trauma-informed approaches.
Clinical psychologists
PhD, PsyD, and DClinPsy. In-depth psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment. Complex presentations and clinical formulation.
Psychiatrists
MD, MBChB, DO, and equivalent. Medication management, diagnostic evaluation, and integrated treatment planning for clients requiring pharmacological alongside psychological care.
Forensic and specialist clinicians
Forensic psychiatrists, neuropsychologists, specialist trauma clinicians, and clinical professionals in high-complexity or restricted settings. Case-by-case authorisation applies.

NOYO operates alongside DSM-5-TR and ICD-11 frameworks. System access is governed through role-based permissions, jurisdiction-aware deployment, and controlled access to system layers. The platform operates within applicable regulatory and data protection frameworks.
