Extend clinical stability beyond the session.

Clinical work is episodic. Dysregulation is continuous.

Escalation, cognitive flooding, emotional instability, and acute stress responses occur outside scheduled sessions. NOYO provides a continuous stabilisation layer within this gap — responding to state, not preference.

Individuals enter in states of dysregulation, cognitive overload, emotional activation, or acute distress and are guided through controlled pathways designed to stabilise, contain, and regulate.

Clinical work creates the conditions for healing.
NOYO maintains those conditions between sessions.

Your clients do not stop experiencing distress when the session ends.
NOYO is what meets them in that space.

Six integrated systems. One continuous layer.

NOYO operates through six proprietary systems that work together to stabilise, assess, contain, and escalate in real time.

HAM™

Human Attunement Model

Maps regulation, activation, and cognitive load in real time. Provides structured visibility into how a client's state shifts between sessions — not just what they report, but how the system reads them.

CLPS™

Colour-Led Pathway System

Provides low-load, non-verbal entry and routing. For clients in states where language is not accessible. Colour-based intake reduces the cognitive and emotional demand of the first contact point.

ESS™

Emotional Safety Sequencing

Enforces stabilisation-first sequencing throughout every pathway. No processing before grounding. No disclosure before safety. The sequence is not skippable.

SCOM™

State and Continuity Management

Governs progression through stabilisation, connection, and organisation. Maintains continuity across sessions, companions, and practitioners. Your client's history with the system travels with them.

CIS™

Containment and Intervention System

Maintains containment during high-intensity states. Applies structured protocols when dysregulation reaches defined thresholds. Operates within parameters set by the clinical team.

ERAS™

Enhanced Risk Assessment System

Restricted access

Identifies elevated risk states and applies controlled escalation logic. Surfaces tiered indicators to the clinical team where enabled. Restricted to licensed professionals with appropriate authorisation. Does not replace clinical judgement.

One layer. Complete visibility.

Clients, pathways, and system-level signals structured into a single environment. Continuity maintained without increasing direct intervention.

Client integration

Controlled client access

Clients linked into the system through controlled access and assigned within defined parameters including jurisdiction, access level, and pathway availability.

Pathway assignment

Structured pathway control

Pathways assigned based on presenting state and clinical direction. Adjustable at any time. The clinician retains authority over what the system offers each client.

Engagement signals

Between-session visibility

Structured visibility into frequency of engagement, pathway utilisation, stabilisation versus activation patterns, and engagement gaps. Clinical continuity, not surveillance.

State indicators

HAM™ state data

HAM™ provides visibility into shifts in regulation, activation, and cognitive load over time. Surfaced as structured indicators, not raw data.

Escalation awareness

Tiered escalation signals

CIS™ and ERAS™ operate within defined thresholds. Escalation indicators surfaced in a controlled and tiered manner where authorised. Nothing escalates without clinical parameters.

Documentation

Clinical documentation layer

Pathway assignment notes, observational entries, and session-aligned annotations. A structured record maintained alongside, not separate from, the clinical relationship.

Standardised instruments. Integrated into the environment.

Assessments initiated, assigned, and reviewed within the system. Results structured for clinical use, not for members to interpret alone.
